14th ESSKA Congress - June 9-12, 2010 · Oslo/Norway
For the first time, general nurses in orthopaedics, not only surgical nurses, will have the opportunity in sharing their skills and knowledge with an international audience at the ESSKA meeting in 2010. The focus will be in the fields of the issues affecting orthopaedic nursing in the past, present and future, and the quality of musculoskeletal care in the areas of orthopaedic nursing as patient education, pain care, quality of life, osteoporosis and nutrition. The symposia will include presentations by different experts on the fields within orthopaedics followed by an open panel discussion.
Abstracts for oral and poster presentations are welcome and we especially welcome and encourage both experienced and first time presenters.
