Travel Informatin to the Congress Venues

Arriving at the airport Oslo Gardermoen

There will be no special ESSKA shuttle between the international airport Oslo Gardermoen and the venues.

The easiest and best way to get from the airport to the city is by airport express train named "Flytoget". The trains leave every 10 minutes from the airport (when leaving the arrival hall you turn right, follow the signs). The ride to the central train station takes 20 minutes. Tickets cost NOK 170 and can be purchased with credit card at ticket machines in the airport hall (before getting on the train!!). When arriving at the central train station "Sentralstasjon" follow the signs "Exit North"/"Bus Terminal". When leaving the building follow the bridge on the right, go down the stairs which will lead you directly to the venues (address: Sonja Henies Plass)

ESSKA Congress Welcome desk on Tuesday, June 8, 9.00 am – midnight

There will be a Welcome desk/Information desk at the airport Gardermoen in Oslo. When passing through the exit door from the arrival hall please turn right. You will find the Welcome desk after 25 metres at your left, just beside the OSLO Information desk.

Public transportation within the city

The easiest way to use public transportation within the city and also benefit from other discounts is by buying the Oslo Pass. It is available for 24, 48 and 72 hours. It grants free access to many museums and attractions. The Oslo Pass can be purchased in the Tourist Information Office at the central station and the Oslo City Hall.
